4So, I am a vegan and have tried different algae oils. This is probably the best one I’ve tried so far price wise. A lot of these types of supplements are expensive but what I like about this one there is a good few months worth in the bottle that should last you just under 3 months if you take 1 everyday. So divide the price in 3. It’s not that much of a cost if you really think about it... I’ve tried way more expensive algae oils in the past and I’ve had no difference when using this one. But one thing I’d say is the plastic that it comes in... I wish myprotein did a scheme where we can return the used plastic containers to them and they can recycle it etc. I’ve got so many of them! Goes Well With:Water

I loved this vitamin
5Since I’m taking those vitamins I feel better and I will recommend them to everyone not just vegan or vegetarian but for those who eating meat

Good Omega 3 supplement
5Being vegetarian it's difficult to get Omega 3 in your diet, I've using this a while, not sure if it's working. I feel good, so maybe it is. Goes Well With:Anything

5Everything I needed. If taken with food there is no aftertaste and the soft gels are easy to swallow with a gulp of water. I take these with a multivitamin and occassionaly a calcium supplement to ensure I get everything I need on a vegan diet.

Helps with brain fog

Helps with brain fog
5I was noticing brain fog and difficulty recalling things prior to taking this supplement. I had a sneaky suspicion that I was low on Omega 3 (I used to consume a lot of fish prior to being vegan or vegetarian). Since taking this supplement I have noticed a marked improvement and the brain fog and poor recollection have faded away. I would recommend this product to others, especially if you are vegan or vegetarian and looking for a reliable source of DHA and EPA.
