"First time i used this product i did notice a difference in strength and size using alongside an all in one protein such as my protein's hurricane evo. However a few months later i went to try again and did not notice any real difference apart from a few spots on my back. I think most people under the age of 25 will not notice any real benefit from these, i also would like to note that you would need 2 tubs as it took me a few weeks to notice anything and with only 1 tub you would be nearing a course whereas a 2 tub course lasts 8 - 12 weeks at the recommended dosage."

"Only been taking these for a week on 3 a day but my strength has gone up massively! Im 27 years old and weigh 220lbs. I cranked 12 reps out of 100 kg bench press when I used to struggle to do 8! I also got 8 reps out of 120 kg bench press when my record was 5! I dont know if I was just having a strong day but it seems like to much of a coincidence! "I thought I'd try these after reading some of the good reviews on here. I have tried other makes before with little or no impact. I've been taking 6 a day, 2 in morning, 2 just before training and 2 at night. Great results. I feel stronger, look more cut up and have more enthusiasm in the gym. I'm 43 and would echo some of the other guys comments on here. I'm feeling better now than in my 20's. Girlfriend thinks all her christmases has come at once. Downside is my temper does flare a bit on this stuff. Great stuff, try it, you won't regret."

i haven't changed at all but in the gym it shows i'm getting more out of my sessions allot more intense hardly any rest between sets and still lifting to my maximum limit also helping me with cardio work as i dont have as much enthusiasm for it but with trib i really go for it.
