4Whilst I cannot comment on the ratios between the ingredients and I have not measured a physical change in my body; I can say that I add this to my shake when i'm travelling and I can certainly notice a difference when the greens are omitted. The addition of the greens give me a good boost (kind of like caffeine). Clearly the effects are not the same as a kale shake but I believe a good addition if you are travelling or in a rush. I would appreciate more transparency from MyProtein on the ratios.Goes Well With:I use a small amount of whey, oats, greens and turmeric.

Brilliant
5Very pleased with results. All ages in family benefit. Increased energy. Mixes easily with water. Acquired taste. After the first few weeks actually tastes quite creamy!

Better than I thought!
4Bought the unflavoured variety and was worried that it would taste of pond water and it would end up wasted in my cupboard but I was pleasantly surprised! It mixed well with my smoothie and I couldn't taste a thing! Used everyday since, only been a week or so, so no results I can say but I am getting more greens into my diet!! Goes Well With:Smoothies or fruit juice

Tastes awful but mixes well
2Tastes like grass, smells like grass. I put it in a smoothie with lots of yoghurt, blackberries and a whole banana and it couldn't mask the taste. It must be good for the diet however so I will pursue with it. Unlikely for me to buy this again.

Hard to stomach
1Wish I could speak for the effectoveness of this product but it might be one of the worst tatsing things Ive ever tried in my life. The "tropical" flavour just tastes like medicine mixed in to the background leafy (but expected with a greens products) flavour. Try the unflavoured sure but for the love of all that is good stay away from the tropical!

Daily Boost
4I got this to improve my general health, and to increase my fruit/veg intake as i struggle with it. It's a VERY green colour, and can be a bit messy, be careful not to spill it lol! I have this every day and must say it's something I've gotten to like. I call it my 'pond juice', it looks rank but it tastes fine (tropical). Will buy again and would recommend.Goes Well With:Good health, balanced diet, healthy lifestyle

Very little amount of powder in the bag
3Mixes well but was disappointed with the amount i got in the 330g.
