"Took 1 tab AM and 2 before WO tonite, I admit I felt queezy at first both times but it did settle down. Ultimately enjoyed the WO and did feel that it helped me achieve more than normal. Still feel energised and look forward to continuing the programme.\n\nI find the burps can be off putting mid set but hey, they don't taste as bad as some 0). \n\nWill review again in a few/couple of weeks. So far -so good!"

"I started thermopure this morning, i had 3 as soon as i got up on an empty stomach about 20 minutes later i had a poached egg on toast, i got to the gym about 40 mins after taking the thermopure, I did get a massive buzz and huge energy boost which i admit i still have! i train 5 times a week mostly intense lifting monday - chest, tuesday - back , wednesday - shoulders , etc....\n\napart from the big energy boost i felt! i did feel compelled to maxamise my workout! as for sweating i only sweated a tad more than usual! \n\nil give you guys an update after a couple of weeks or so.\n\np.s i am still buzzing like the duracel bunny"

gives you a real boost when doing either weights or cardio or both.\n\nmakes you sweat like a mother though.\n\nwhich is good \n\nHIGHLY RECOMMENDED

What a product! I lost nearly a stone within 6 weeks. I had been out of training for a while and gave me the best energy boost and replaced the energy i would have had after eating perfectly. I have however put 7 pound on but continue to take when on cardio days to help strip off the excess fat. \nExcellent product will continue to purchase.

I've taken many american thermogenics of the main brands which double or triple the price of thermopure and I got the same effect if not better with this one.\nP.s:

"I've been taking it for about 5 months now and the results are great.\n\nNo side-effects whatsoever and I did feel an increase in energy and stamina.\nTaking the pills, going to the gym 3-4 days a week and with a not too bad diet I’ve managed to loose about 8 kilos.\nI guess the pills by themselves wouldn’t work haven’t I been going to the gym but it does help me go a bit further in my swimming training.\n\nBut if you're not trainning regularly I guess it won't do much for you."

"Good to take before a workout, as they give you a buzz. Have let me keep my abs whilst adding bulk which is a bonus, only down side is if you take some by accident after you have eaten, you will get the worst craps. lol"

"I have tried a few fat burners and I find they make me feel really queasy. Thermopure does not have this effect. I take before I do my weight training and have found they keep me energised throughout the workout. \nOn non training days i take 1 tablet, 2 times a day. Really heat me up! Good product, will stick with these."

"I will preface this review by stating that I have always avoided stimulants and fat burners before, but I thought it was time to give some a try.\n\nI've been carb cyling for the 4 weeks and it was time to train on a low carb day and I was really tired. So I took three of these capsules and went off to the gym not expecting a great deal.\n\n15 minutes later I was bouncing off the walls, I had a tremendous energy boost and was sweating even more than I usually do (which is a lot). Had a great workout and hit some good PRs. I was very impressed. \n\nFat burners do not make up for a poor diet, but these sure helped me train in a depleted state. Good stuff."
