4Have been taking Thermopure for a week, I've had no results in terms of weight loss but definitely get a buzz and feel pumped when taken before a gym session. Will buy more.

Decent but not great
3I bought this Thermopure with low expectations, not because it was from Myprotein, which I think are a great supplement company, but because of how low the price was. In my experience, if it's cheap, it's not very effective. It recommends that on rest days you take 2 to 3 tablet throughout the day, this for me did next to nothing. I used these mostly for the energy benefits, there were hardly any. Taken before a workout though, I could feel a slight pick me up with these, but nothing to rave about, but to be honest, for the price I can't complain. As long as you just want a fat burner, I'm sure the ingredients do exactly that. As energy goes, if you're taking them while dieting, I'd go with something stronger.

5The Thermopure is fantastic. I have been using it for about two weeks now, eating healthy and training 4 days week, and I have nearly lost a dress size. It definitely does what it says on the label! Anybody looking to lose weight or gain high energy during exercise, this product is for you. I work out for two hours a day, four times a week after work and my t-shirt is dripping with sweat by the end of each session. It does push you a bit more than you would normally train at the gym. I don't know what I would do without this product and I definitely recommend it. The main point that I have to underline though, is that you have to eat healthily to lose the fat and get to your goal with these tablets. They are not magic, hard work does go into it by working out, eating healthily and using this product to see a good outcome and results in your body.

3Thermopure hasn't worked yet for me. It's working well for little brother, as he's lost nearly a stone. It gave me heartburn, and made me sweat like crazy.Goes Well With:Water

5I've been using Thermopure for a while now, and I can't say a bad thing about it! It is honestly the best thing I have ever used! I take 2 tablets 15 minutes before I work out - which is always on an empty tummy (which the instructions tell you) mainly because I work out in the morning, or in the afternoon, I make sure I leave 2.5 hours before I gym/take Thermopure. I honestly don't know what I would do without the stuff! I never have energy in the morning, but after Thermopure, I have so much energy, and can run for so much longer than without it! Definitely recommended to anyone doing running/cardio, helps a lot. Cheap and effective, definitely worth your money!
