3I've mixed opinions on Thermopure and its effectiveness. Following the guidelines I take 3 before training and on none training days 3 spread out through the day. I don't notice a massive difference apart from getting really warm and sweat a lot more than usual in training. I feel they help with training giving that little boost but they're not the strongest out there. I use them with a very balanced diet and busy training plan, they get me through sessions but would recommend something a bit stronger if you're looking for a fat burner style supplement.Goes Well With:Water

So far so good
4The Thermopure tablets go down well. One week on and I have not lost any fat. My routine is still the same. I guess it takes a few weeks for the benefits to kick in.

3The only bad point about Thermopure is that sometimes it gives me heartburn, but all in all it is a very good, effective product.

Great Product
5I have been using this for the last 3 weeks, with no change to my diet, exercise or other supplements and have seen a real shift in my body fat and weight. Lost 4kg and 5% body fat. I have found it is best to use as directed and take before workout (I take it before cycling to work) on an empty stomach.Goes Well With:Water

Brilliant Service and Good Product
4This is the first time I have used myprotein.com and I am extremely pleased with their customer service and the speed of the delivery. I have only been using the product for about 3 weeks now so dont know longer term effects, but it does seem to be helping that extra weight loss, I love that you can use it on both training and nontraining days. I wanted the extra kick to loose weight along with a diet and exercise plan, it certainly does that!

Can feel it working
4I don't feel much difference when taking these on a rest day but when I take them before a workout I can really feel the effects.

3As this product has Gelatin shell I split the capsules and mix with Amino liquid. The taste is yuck and the main tasting ingredient is the pepper. The product will make you sweat more during your workout. As for weight loss I am not that convinced. There has been no energy boost with this product.

now on my must have list
5I had initially bought these Thermopure only with fat loss in mind. What I did notice however, is from day 1 I felt like I had that slight bit more energy and was pushing myself more than usual. I have lost some weight over the last few months, although I have spent a lot of time in the gym - but I'm now thinking of incorporating these as a much more regular part of my training.

Value for money
5Thermopure is a great supplement for those who want a bit of a kick when it comes to burning fat... having taken these during the last 10 days and shedded lost 2% body fat and also with a good dietary routine. If combined with HIIT, then without a doubt the fat will strip a lot quicker but unfortunately I have not incorporated this in to my routine as of yet. Taken as advised on the bottle & it provides you with a good dosage of the combined ingredients and very good value for money.Goes Well With:Water
