very good pre workout
5The taste is amazing and you don't get that horrible taste after drinking other pre workouts and the buzz is great from this, it has fueled many of my best workouts!

5Definitely worth the money and very effective the only negative to pre work out is that I found you feel drained a good few hours after taking it, I would definitely recommend it though specially if you like coffee and a lot of it

4Don’t do what I did and exceed the dose, was running around like a maniac for the best part of two hours and the crash was fairly brutal too This stuff works Goes Well With:Water

Not as good as older verision
1I'm not sure why MP has changed their pre work out, definitely has gone down in quality and taste. It does mix well (like the original) but the taste and affect is a big decline on the original

Wow!
5I usually use either ghost or the standard myprotein pre-workout but thought I’d try this one…definitely worth it! As a runner it’s not a necessity but after a long day sometimes it’s needed to give that extra and oomph and this definitely packs that. Took just under 1 scoop and hit a PB explains it all Did get some tingly burning sensations on my face and hands but that’s to be expected consuming this much caffeine!Goes Well With:Water

Sour gummy Pre
5I have used pre-workout for years now and I can say that this is up there with best on the market. I was apprehensive about ordering the ‘Sour Gummy’ flavour but it was surprisingly pleasant. It has Great effect during my workout and will definitely purchase again.Goes Well With:H20

Wouldn't Recommend
1The effects of this pre were pretty solid but was not worth the taste of pure chemicals and having to force it down to go with the small amount you get in packaging, hardly a quarter of the tub was filled which was annoying.
