Packs a punch
5Ladies & Gents I seriously cant recommend this enough. Dropped 1 scoop yesterday as a taster and man was on fire. Cutting around my local area with my hood up thinking I was rocky balboa. This stuff wakes you up and gets you lively fast. In the gym was lifting heavier, feeling good and cutting down time in between reps. The effects of the pre work workout lasted hours. Got home from the gym and cut the grass, cleaned the house and still had loads of energy. Would recommend a half dose for anyone a bit sensitive to caffeine. My jaw was going like a typewriter for a while. Big respect to my protein.

The Preworkout +
4Don't get me wrong this stuff works and is pretty potent. The taste is pretty sickly but definitely workable. The little beads are very bitter so just swallow them. Make sure you sit on the toilet before your workout otherwise you'll find yourself running with messy underwear. Will buy again but careful. It's strong!Goes Well With:Water

Good Product Poor Packaging
4I bought the Orange & Mango flavour, really nice fresh tangy and refreshing flavour which I would recommend. Product is good and it does give you that boost and you can feel it after about 15 minutes of taking it. I did expect more tho to be honest and I think it needs that little extra blow your mind ingredient but very close. Please sort out the packaging as totally ridiculous. My last package arrived with the seal opened so I wouldn’t use it. MyProtein were fantastic and had it replaced in a few days 👍🏻Goes Well With:Water and Creatine

Go go with orange and Mango
5This pre working is unbelievable Good taste amazing gets you out of that flat mode. And helps you work out for a good couple of hours before you hit fatigue, I would highly recommend to anybody and especially new gym goers need to kickstartGoes Well With: I simply simply just added water 300 mills

Wasteful packaging
4Great product let down by packaging. Please change! Powder barely fills a quarter of the container which is thick card. Other than that, product works well!

Mixed results
4Personally I saw no benefit to this product however, my wife was able to double the amount she was lifting and saw a massive improvement in stamina in both weights and cardio. Might be a Placebo but if it works for you give it a try.Goes Well With:Water

5Sour gummy taste is so refreshing...fast acting and lasts the distance. Brilliant product but why the massive container when one half the size would save on plastics Goes Well With:Water

Not that great
3Keep it short and simple, I personally found the effects of the standard pre-workout work much better than this plus version. Packaging is way too big for whats within.Goes Well With:Water

Don’t bother
3Not sure what the + stands for. I usually get the standard PWO by MP but have found the effectiveness of this non existent so decided to give the + a go. One scoop and nothing, no real effect. Won’t be buying this again. Goes Well With:Sleep

complete waste
1possibly the worst pre workout I've ever had I've only tried the mango flavour but that is disgusting really dry it doesnt mix very well at all and leaves loads of bits in your mouth
