Nans ashs
1If I dug up my nans earn and poured the contents of this into a shaker along with 500ml of water, it was taste better than this cardboard drinkGoes Well With:Death of tastebuds

The Pre Workout
4Not entirely sure about this product yet. Great taste and mixes well. First time i took it before my training session with the group i ended up feeling really really sick but not sure if it had anything to do with the product or if id came down with a 24hr bug. 2nd time i felt better but ended up with stomach cramps but at the same time i had about 4 Pbs..Will need to keep trying it to see if it gets betterGoes Well With:Water

Horrible
1Would not recommend this pre workout. I’ve tired a few pre workouts before but thought I’d give this one a go. Only had about 3/4 of a scoop and 40 minutes later i was being sick, sickness lasted all day long. The flavour ‘sour gummy’ is absolutely revolting too, normally myprotein products taste decent but can’t stand the taste of this pre. Goes Well With:It doesn’t go well with anything

Awesome!
5Finally, a pre workout that gives you that buzz you need before a session without tasting horrible! It mixes really well too. This will be my go to pre workout from now on!

Only one complaint
5My only complaint is the containers of the new whey isolate and this pre workout are too similar. One day at work I went to have my afternoon shake only to realise I had made a grave error, soon my face was tingling and the only thing I could think of was a lightweight, I sized up my colleague at about 90kg , I couldn’t take it anymore and screamed yeaaaahhhh buddy and started benching my colleague and managed 20 solid reps before I got the sack. I no longer have a job but at least I still have this 10/10 pre-workout and a solid pump Goes Well With:Light weight

Pre workout
5Wow, I’ve used plenty of pre workouts over the years, this is my favourite, I use 1-2 times a week when I need a pick up, maximum energy and pump if I’ve had carbs, absolute no come down, I also have it 5am on empty stomach and don’t feel sick at all! Very itchy skin within 10 mins but goes when you start training!! Great product...rainbow candy tastes great,!Goes Well With:Water 300-400 ml

Pre workout buzz
5Fantastic product, one of my favorites! I wish I could see a reduction in packing.. such a waste of plastic.. when the tube is on 1/3 full

Itchy
3The itchiest pre work out I’ve ever had. I’ve played around with the measurements, I’ve added more water, I’ve had half servings. Still so itchy! Makes me want to peel my skin off. Perhaps I need to work around my dosage more because it does give me great energy without a crash but that itchy sensation drives me crazy and i rely on ore workouts for heavier life daysGoes Well With:Ice

Prequel out
4The product was good and gave me a much needed boost. The taste was reasonable compared to some pre workouts I have tried and I would definitely use it again. The big down side and I know I am not the first to say it, was the container. Why? It could have been a third of the size. I would rather have a more appropriate tub and pay less.
