The Pre Workout
4Great flavour ( I chose strawberry and kiwi) and its certainly gives you a boost in the gym ( more reps and sweat more etc...) Would definately recommend and there are a few other flavours available. Goes Well With:Water

Too much caffeine
4IMO there is too much caffeine in there. My workouts are usually after 8:30pm so this keeps me awake all night after. Main ingredients for a pre-workout should be the Alanine, Citruline and arginine. Creatine is a good thing and maybe some vitamins. Caffeine is alright for a good kick, but in that quantity is a bit too much. Take it from a person who is used to drink Redbull before bed time. Still it's overall good product, gives the chills and good focus during heavy lifts. Taste is a bit too strong, but still nice and mixes well.Goes Well With:Water in a blender

Pretty good
5Taste is good and mixes really well.says to take one scoop before training but I find 1.5 or 2 scoops is required. No crash and burn after like u get with other pre workoutsGoes Well With:Water

Pre-workout trial
5We'd never tried this before when I spotted a sample pack, gave it a quick try and noticed a difference. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't take over and do the exercise for you, but it does give you a push start, something I need from time to time. The sherbet lemon tastes a bit like lemsip so we'll go back to blue raspberry next time. Enjoy

Tastes awful, does the job
4I was surprised how bad this thing actually tastes - I can't decide between adding more water to dilute the taste or use less to get it down quicker. Either way it does the job pretty well, seem to get a good energy buzz from the whole thing and get through a session better. Also the tub is only a quarter-ish full, why waste so much plastic??Goes Well With:Just hold your nose and down it.

Good
4A good blend of what you will need to destroy in the gym. Can be a bit gritty, seems to settle in the bottom. Keep shaking it and you will be fine.Goes Well With:Water

Does the job
3Got the strawberry and kiwi flavour and my god was it sour. When I managed to down it it done it’s job and got the heart pumping. Only complaint is with the taste Goes Well With:Water

Great pre workout
5This is really good pre workout tastes good, mixes easily and gets you pumped up for a big workout. Also is great value for money would recomend.

Effectiveness
5Myproteins preworkout mixture is excellent with his effectiveness, its very effective when you want that extra bit of energy in your workout. I would rate it a 4.8/5 just due to the unfamiliar taste but it's not that massive an issue. Great preworkout. Very good taste. Incredible effectiveness.
