Not for me
2I usually love MyProtein products but I've tried this preworkout for a week now, and I'll have to stop using. The first time I took it, I was stuck on the toilet for 10mins, and my skin was just very itchy, but didn't feel the energy. Tried it a few times after that but no improvement. I thought might have been a slight tingle but the itchiness is a hindrance to my workout as the itchiness is distracting and my stomach is always irritated afterwards. However the taste wasn't bad (orange mango passion). I think I'll just stick to energy drinks when I need that energy boost.Goes Well With:Water

Great prework out
5Great prework out, far better than Pulse V4 and worth the extra. I always wait till its on offer to get an even better deal. But this is much better than other brands out there. The flavors can be a little bitter /sour buts its definitely worth it. I dont mind that much and your only gonna neck it before a workout. Try it for yourself.Goes Well With:Water

Tastes a lot better than the grenade ones.

Don't be put off by the smell... it tastes great
5Upon opening the container, I was concerned by the smell. It was very..pungent. However upon mixing with 350ml of water, the smell was pleasant enough and it was a good tasting drink! A very effective and multi-nutritious pre-workout drink. Quite cheap too. Will definitely buy again. I chose the lemon sherbet variation!

Not a terrible pre but not for me
3When I received 'THE Pre-Workout' (Blue raspberry) the container was already open half way which was odd but it didn't bother me. I have tried a few different pre-workout supplements and this one isn't bad, I found it didn't give me the boost that I expected. If it was a bit more effective at providing that alertness and pumped feel it could easily be a product I would buy again. The taste is nice and you can change the sweetness by just adding more water. It mixes reasonable well but be sure to thoroughly clean your bottle after use as it does leave a strong powdery taste if you refill it with just drinking water. I would recommend trying this product as it may be perfect for you it just wasn't for me.

Not nice
2The smell of this protect is woeful, and the taste is no better (orange mango passionfruit). It does give a decent pump and energy for your workout, but I feel the need to pump myself up just to take the product because of its taste and smell.
