5It’s true what all the reviews say about this product. Took 30 mins before workout and I had one of the best sessions I’ve had in a long time for a back workout. Even stayed and did arms and cardio after! Really good pump too, just didn’t want to stop! No crash either. Goes Well With:Water and creative added

Great taste just not the umph I wanted
4If hardly say I’m a seasoned vet when it comes to Pre Workouts but as a coffee drinker I found this to be a little lacking in the umph I wanted. No tingling or feeling you can take on the world. Packaging is great but very wasteful could easily be in a half size tub rather than its current situation. It will be great for some just I need a little more

Worst preworkout I’ve had
1Done absolutely nothing, even after 2 scoops. I could have easily put on the telly & fallen asleep. To be fair to it, it did make me feel a bit light headed & dizzy about half way through the workout, so good to know it’s at least doing something & I’m not just flushing it away. Goes Well With:Horlicks before bed

5This pre workout is incredible! Really feel like it pushes me that bit further and certainly reaping the rewards. A massive help after a long day! Goes Well With:Extreme gainer blend -protein shake

5Great preworkout. Bought it a few times and always enjoyed it. Isn’t one that leaves you a sweating mess with your heart beating out your chest but more of a steady one that helps with that extra bit of weight or couple more reps. Tastes great as well either one I’d recommend.Goes Well With:Water

Not the best for what you pay
2Mixed well, very sweet flavour so I recommend using a bit more water/mixer than says on the tub. Gives an initial buzz and you get the alanine tingles but wears off quickly compared to others, I think you can get better elsewhere for cheaper. Goes Well With:Water and ice

Best on the market.
5I’ve tried several flavours and pre workouts, until I came across strawberry Kiwi from my protein. I worked my way up to 2 scoops and get the most insane tingle and pump. I don’t usually leave reviews, but words don’t do this one justice! 100% recommend.Goes Well With:Water and 2 scoops.
