Bad,
1Absolutely raging about these, wouldn't mix and smelled gone off and it was a brown colour so had to throw them out

Extremely good pre-workout!
4Took this pre-workout as instructed 30 minutes before my workout and god it's pretty good. Noticed some intense itching for the first 30 minutes or so but seemed to die down pretty quickly. Heart rate was pretty high when it kicked in but I had an extra 100mg of caffeine. Does taste like cola but just watered down and weaker taste, but it's manageable. Post-Workout I feel great, I feel a lot less exhausted. The pump wasn't all that much different from a regular pump, but I bought this for the workout not the pump. Overall great product, will be buying more.Goes Well With:Water.

Good energy boost, bad taste
4I ordered the lemon sherbet flavour, and while it was bearable, the taste was not pleasurable and left a sickly taste in my shaker that still remains a month after. However, it hit reps and maxes I have never hit before in my workout and the distribution of ingredients is good.Goes Well With:Ice cold water

Candy shop cola
5Tastes exactly like cola bottles! Easy to drink and actually enjoyable. Brought as a trial and will probably buy at some point. Again gives you energy and stamina with out having a massive caffeine crash afterwards

pre workout sample
5A great way to try a new flavour before buying it, had a great taste and effect on my workout. Would definitely buy the full sized item.
