Good Choice for long distance running
5I used this a few times at first when I started doing more and more long-distance running to help with keeping me fueled and hydrated and it worked like a treat, I felt a decrease in the amount of times I had gotten stitches and it tastes great, cola cubes flavour actually tastes like the real thing would 100% recommendGoes Well With:water

Mixes well but tastes horrific
2As it says in the title really. It mixes well but tastes terrible. The amino boost was a much better flavour and more effective. I would recommend that over this!Goes Well With:Nothing.

5Excellent product...Imlatsed much longer on the HIIT classes on my Peloton...loved the feeling!
