Taurine tops my list!!!
5I’ve used taurine over the years but not seriously like I do now. This product is amazing, it’s really helped me lean out and has been instrumental in getting rid of lactic acid buildup in my lower back. I use this product to help load creatine too and I find it’s helping with my gains in the gym. Myprotein seems to have this supplement down, I’m going to repeat purchase this product and wouldn’t be without it now. Goes Well With:Goes really well with BCAA, Creatine loading, vitamin c to help get rid of antioxidants.

5Bought these for the first time after hearing about their calming effects And I've gotta say these work a treat if taken in the evening if you have trouble switching off after a long strenuous day. Goes Well With:Water Sleep
