Taste awful

Raspberry!!!
4Honestly, buy the raspberry! It is amazing over the porridge or chia seed pudding, oats or anything similar to that. It adds great flavour without the calories. However, maple isn't anything special. It just smells like something burned, not a fan! But the raspberry, top marks! :) Goes Well With:oats, chia seed pudding, porridge, cereal, pancakes, waffles,...

Good as a mix
4This syrup is good to half half with normal maple syrup to keep the calories down - but on its own it has a very synthetic taste and gloopy texture. Awful texture!
1This texture reminded me of snot. It was awful. The taste is ok but the texture is so slimes and nothing like real syrup. It was like eating sweet snot.

Okay, but nothing great
1I bought this sauce to go with the protein pancake mix. I found the consistency of the syrup was rather glue like and not the same consistency as a normal chocolate syrup. I didn't feel like it had a strong chocolate flavour at all and it tastes very artificial. If you're looking for something to ease sugar cravings if you're no-sugar it may be okay for you. But I'd rather stick to a normal syrup in moderation.

Good, a little slimy
3A good alternative to other higher calorie/sugar chocolate sauces, goes really well in coffee and on oats, my only issue is there is a slightly slimy texture and the flavour is not quite as strong as you'd hope. Goes Well With:Coffee, porridge

Watery chocolate
3This syrup has quite a watery texture and you can definitely taste the sweeteners but overall it is nice. I can just about taste the chocolate in it but is definitely sweet enough. I do wish this was slightly thicker with a stronger taste of chocolate but it will definitely do its job nonetheless.

Chocolate syrup
1Have tried the butterscotch and the chocolate syrups now - the butterscotch is not bad, although definitely not hugely impressive. The chocolate flavour is absolutely awful - I really wanted to like it as I love chocolate, but it has a foul chemical smell/taste, and somehow tastes sour or off, which was the last thing I expected from a syrup. Unfortunately cannot find a way to use this product that makes its taste/smell bearable, hopefully the recipe is improved upon some time in the near future

Taste Strange
2I brought this product with very high expectations. Was really disappointed with the taste. Taste more like banana to me, which is not good as I hate bananas! Bought two bottles in the sale, and now may have to throw away as I really can’t get on with it taste of this product.
