Golden syrup flavour
2The golden syrup flavour tastes very odd, (nothing like golden syrup). It is horrible with protein pancakes (actually worsens the flavour for me). The texture is the same as a sexual lube - no kidding it just doesn’t feel right in your mouth, and the taste is very odd I think this product would be OK to just add to porridge to sweeten a little bit. Consuming direct e.g. with pancakes , it’s pretty vile Hope to find the ultimate pancake topper soon if anyone knows any.Goes Well With:MAYBE just add to meals where you aren’t directly consuming it/ make sure it’s well mixed in with a meal like porridge oats for example

Good product
5I purchased the passionfruit and chocolate syrups. The passion fruit one is fresh and tangy; the chocolate syrup took a bit more getting used to but I alternate use of both of them with my breakfasts in the morning to liven up the taste without the calories of normal syrups! Will definitely be getting them again! Goes Well With:Pancakes, a bowl of fruit and yoghurt or with muesli and yoghurt.

Great taste
5Wanted a flavouring that would also add a shot of sweetness without the calories. This syrup is perfect for doing that, l add it to my porridge and yogurts I found it a little thick but it still does the job, brilliant! Goes Well With:Porridge, yogurt and anything that needs a shot of sweetness.

5These syrups are great, Golden Syrup is nice and thick and definately sweet enough. Adds enough flavour to make breakfast and snacks more interesting. Goes Well With:Protein Pancakes or Porridge

Sugerfree syrup

Closest yet!
5This is a review of the butterscotch syrup I use it on the pancake mix and it really works well. On its own comparing to a real syrup its going to taste weird and flavourless but so is diet coke compared to coke when you first try it. You just have to get used to them and you soon forget the old taste. I normally talk about macros on these reviews but the fact these are calorie free are amazing, I don't feel I ever need to go back to a high calorie syrup. Only down side is the price so make sure you use a discount code!Goes Well With:Golden syrup pancake mix

Alright but bad aftertaste
3It's not bad for a sugar-free and guilt-free product. But consistency is pretty unappealing, more like a stretchy gloop as opposed to a real syrup. It tastes ok when you're eating it (I've been using the maple syrup flavour with the protein pancakes), but the aftertaste is not good. Leaves a funny flavour in your mouth. It's still better than having no syrup though, so it gets 3 stars...just not sure why people on here are giving it 5! Don't get your hopes up.Goes Well With:Protein pancakes

no real flavour
2I've tried the vanilla and chocolate syrups before and wouldn't get them again so I thought I'd try the strawberry and maple syrup flavour this time as I really need something sweet to go on my pancakes, and theses are just a flavourless. am very disappointed with these syrups and won't be getting them againGoes Well With:nothing
