ignore the bad reviews and atleast give it a try
5does not taste bad at all, it does take a while to mix but it will stop being lumpy if you stir every 2 minutes for 10 seconds for 10 minutes, fill to top with boiling water. the nutrition value is great and am seeing great results leaning up with this product.Goes Well With:boiling water

Protein Porridge Pots
4Both Chocolate and Redberry flavours are a really good start to the day. Although I find them better with semi-skimmed milk heated in the microwave, rather than boiled water. Goes Well With:On its own for breakfast.

tastes good but use a blender
4Taste is fine but needs to go with milk and not water for it to be decent. Also unless you like the chunky, clumpy bits use a blenderGoes Well With:Milk and a blender

Good Start To The Day!
5As someone who finds it hard to stomach a decent breakfast early in the morning, these Porridge pots really useful. Easy to make as I don't have a microwave, and no messy pots to clean - It means I can fly out the door for work my usual 10 minutes late without any extra delays. They taste nice enough for a ready-to-go porridge, the chocolate is the most palatable in my honest opinion, but both are great. I recommend adding a few chopped nuts or some ground flaxseed if you have the macros to spare. I'd recommend trying one.Goes Well With:Chopped Nuts, Banana & Coffee

Need a blender
3Just bought these and am mixed about them. They are very lumpy if you follow the original instructions. I changed the prep and instead of boiling water, I put the porridge into a bowl and added milk. I then blend the whole mix before microwaving it for about 2 mins. Then add more milk as it gets very thick. Taste ok in the end, it´s not inedible.
