5This is a great meal replacement bar helps you first thing instead of a heavy breakfast very tasty keeps you satisfied till lunch then I have another one which will keep me satisfied till meal time at 6pm totally recommend wish there was more flavours. Goes Well With:On its own satisfies as a meal .

Salted caramel is the best!
5I love these bars! They are super convenient and filling, as yet I have not found a comparable product that is as tasty and satisfying as these bars. I have been using them to replace my lunch 5 days a week and they have helped me to lose over 20lbs so far.

Not a massive fan
3It's nice to have a bar of something like this in the office for when you are sick of shakes and feel the need to chew. However, this one bloats me like Violet Beauregarde, in blueberry pie land. I don't know if it's because I tend to eat them on an empty stomach or what… I've tried eating them in quarters with a lot of water over 30 minutes, but the effect is the same, if only slightly delayed. They just don't sit right with me. It's a shame as they taste good and do fill you.

Choc meal replacement
4Took a while to get used to the taste, texture and flavour. Chunky,crispy,weird taste of chocolate.I’ve done a month on these, they do work and they do keep me full till dinner time. Will I be purchasing them again? Yes.Goes Well With:Caramel flavoured meal replacement bars
