Best Lunch/ post training meal
4The easiest work lunch possible. All you need is a pair of scissors and a microwave. It takes literally 3 minutes to make this almost perfect meal to supplement any bodybuilding diet. My only critcism is that this meal will not fill most people so it is useful to supplement it with some fruit or maybe a some wholemeal bread. The taste is nice, not as spicy as I thought Peri Peri would be. Overall great product and is worth buying.Goes Well With:Nothing as it is a stand alone lunch meal.

Great meal
5I bought this meal not expecting it to taste that good, omg what a shock, it's tasty, filling and has real chuncks of succulent chicken. I would definitely recommend you try this as you will not be disappointed. Goes Well With:Salad

5Great flavour and textures, although make sure you combine it with some veggies or salad, if you have a sizable appetite.

4Perfect for on the run meals, keeps me on the diet palm and tastes great. Plenty of spice and great on winter days.

Plesently Surprised
5I was expecting dehydrated meal that I would just choke down, but it wasn't dehydrated and it was very tasty. Nice backup when you have no time to cook

Peri peri chicken
5I've never bothered with packet meals before manly because I thought they were a waste of money, but I can honestly say I've changed my mind. These meals tasted great and were a quick and easy way to have a hot high protein lunch at work. I just chuck one in my bag the night before so I don't have to think about it in the morning. Well worth the money.

very nice
5Thought I would give these a try as I live out of a hotel room. Very impressed. Much better than regular micro meals. Lots of chicken. Low calorie and high protein. Surprisingly filling too. Convenient healthy meal option. Would buy again.

Superb
5Was a little dubious at first being a microwave meal - But I am completely satisfied with the product. The chunks of chicken are tender not chewy or dry. The Peri Sauce has a superb tangy flavour. Overall I have purchased more for the ease of the preparation. Don't be put off by it being a micro meal! I would highly recommend this product!
