Tasty...but really sweet!
3I like the concept of having the protein latte. I normally have a coffee in the afternoon so its a great way to get some extra protein in the bag! However, this product is far too sweet for my liking. For someone who normally takes only 1 sugar in their coffee, this tastes like 3-4. I'm surprised MyProtein, in this instance, did not opt for the sweet free option given people have very different preferences to sweetness in their coffee. Would be great to see MyProtein produce a plain latte version!

Better blended with warm milk
4Wouldn't recommend mixing with hot water (clumpy powerdry drink) tastes awful The best result I found was heating up 350ml of milk then put a scoop in the milk and blend it up using a electronic whisk which works really well, tastes nice and is also smooth. Only problem is it does taste sweet, I have a sweet tooth and I do find this product abit to sweet for my liking Overall though it is a pretty decent product when blended up with warm milk Goes Well With:Warm milk

1Pretty much undrinkable, so so sickly sweet it's not even funny, for someone who doesn't take sugar in anything this was horrible, had 1 cup and gave the rest of the pack away. Why oh why are all protein supplements packed full of atifitial sweatener???

1Bought this having tried other brands thinking it would be good This mixes terribly and is lumpy - no amount of stirring mixes this product effectively- it just doesn't work and mp need to sort the mixing issues out - the product did taste ok but there are better brands out there like reflex or bulk powders Goes Well With:Nothing

5Was abrehensive as not a big fan of coffee mixes, but with a little messing it's one lovely hot drink. I added 50g to 500ml of blue milk in to shaker and then pop in microwave for 3 minutes and pour into a mug, perfect Goes Well With:Protein brownie

3Love the idea of this as I adore my coffee and need Hugh protein intake....... However...... It's way too sweet!!!! I don't have sugar at all usually as I suspect many people who buy from this site don't either. It contains sweetners - could they be toned down/totally removed?

How can people think this tastes good?
3Not sure what people are on about, but this stuff is foul tasting. I normally would not let taste bother me, but this is a coffee replacement. The idea is that you are replacing something that is a luxury. If the taste is bad, why not just have a shake instead and not bother even manufacturing protein coffee? The protein is well sourced and the product is good, but it's too darn sweet. It's also not great at mixing. This would be a lot better if you could put into the bottom of a cup and stir into hot water. Instead, you are pretty much making it like a shake, with the inconvenience of a microwave, for awful taste. As a result, I'll be sticking with my delicious Impact Whey banana shakes!!Goes Well With:A plug hole and some cold water

5Brilliant stuff. I have it first thing in the morning and it tastes amazing. Very happy with it. I just need to run out of it so I can try the mocha one next.Goes Well With:Breakfast.
