Needs a special method, but a nice hot choc option without the sugar and plus the protein
4Ok, so I don't ever make this to the directions and will detail for you below: - for a normal mug, half a scoop is plenty (otherwise it's very thick and a bit overkill). However, if you're making a travel mug sized drink, which is approx 470ml, then a scoop is fine - mixability on this is REALLY bad if you make it as per the directions. This is my method; mix your powder with cold water (just run some in from the tap - if you haven't used enough it will mix a bit thick so just add more until you get a runny paste - this makes your life so much easier believe me), then once you have your paste, pour in your hot water and stir well - you should be almost lump free and have a nice smooth hot chocolate with the crema look finish. No microwave, you read correctly - I find it a little sweet, so to my own taste I add a level teaspoon of cocoa to the powder BEFORE mixing with cold water. For me this just brings out the chocolate flavour a bit more and knocks a little of the sweetness off I'm a massive hot chocolate fan and have a cup with my breakfast most mornings. Once you figure out the way to make it, this is great in my opinion. If, like me, the taste isn't quite right for you, just tweak it with cocoa/sweetener/flavour syrups/whatever floats your boat.Goes Well With:Breakfast. Cold days. The desire for happiness.

4For best results I mixed this in a protein shaker with cold water and then poured it into the cups. I microwaved for about 90 seconds per cup, stirred it a bit then put back in for another 30 seconds ( depending on microwave power etc ). Tastes very nice just with water and for some it might be too much hassle mixing it that way but not a lot of difference in time when boiling a full kettle !Goes Well With:Saturday night Netflix session after deadlifts :)

5This hot chocolate is delicious! My friend bought it and gave some to me to try and I’m hooked, I am now half way through my first bag. I have found mixing it up in the shaker the most effective and the other ways I tried it was lumpy. Using the shaker bottles it’s like velvet. I top mine with low fat cream and a few marshmallows and it feels like I’m having a treat. The hot chocolate is lovely and chocolatey and sweet. Goes Well With:Cream and marshmallows

5This hot chocolate is very easy to make , although mine to explode when making but I'm sure that's more my fault aha. The taste is very nice, it's smooth and silky. However, it is very sweet and would say its high in sugar, so saving for when I have a sweet tooth rather than using casually. Goes Well With:Oat milk. Marshmallows. Whipped cream.

5I bought this to help get my protein count up, it tastes beautiful and is quite sweet which is just how I like mine! I’ve been using it in the hotel chocolate velvetiser and it mixes beautifully 10/10. Would love to see my protein bring out a white chocolate version 😍

Protein Hot chocolate
5Mix this with cold water then heat it up in the microwave for a tasty hot chocolate with the perfect amount of sweetness. Highly recommended especially after an evening workout.
