5These are great fro quick hits or after training late at night when you don't want a heavy bar or a lot of liquid in a shake. I hope they come back in stock soon because I am all out and need more

5These are so easy to take. Tastes just like any other yogurt and in no way like something protein rich. The fact they don't need to be stored in a fridge is a big plus too. You just grab the sachet, tear open with the handy easy pull top and enjoy. I find these the easiest and fastest way to get 20g protein inside you without searching for the shaker, spilling powder then sitting pulling faces whilst trying to neck a shake! I have tried both tropical and raspberry and they are on a par to me. Only thing I would like is the option to buy more quantity for a reduced price. Great product.Goes Well With:Follow it up with a bottle of protein water, why not!

Perfect protein convenience
5Love the convenience the protein gels provide. I've tried protein bars which are all pretty much the same, chewy and somehow leave you feeling bloated and claggy. These protein gels seem to digest more easily. Goes Well With:on their own

Great Taste
5I work long shifts so these are perfect for a quick protein hit. I have only tried the tropical flavour but it tastes great and fills me up till my next meal.

Flavour is not good!
2Really sorry guys but I received a box of 12 of these gel sachets a couple of days ago and they have been the worst tasting supplement that I have ever bought.... I can only describe the contents as tasting like tinned UHT milk with concentrated artificial raspberry flavouring, literally feels like it's curdled! Love your Impact Whey and Micellar Casein and I am regular customer but when it comes to instant protein on the go SiS WHEY 20 are way better flavour... Really hope you improve this product...

Great product for people on the move!
5I started buying these gels when I took up rowing training as a way of getting enough protein easily and quickly without having to mess around with mixing powders and milk etc. Don't get me wrong, I still think the whey protein powders are a great product and definitely way more value for money than these gels but with the amount of training I do plus fitting it around my daily schedule, I found that these protein gels have offered the perfect solution! They have the same texture as any yoghurt and the flavours taste great. I wouldn't be able to taste the difference between these protein gels compared to a normal everyday yoghurt. Perfect for on the go if you are in a rush or need to pack some with you for journeys. With all this kind of stuff though, I can never really tell if it's effective or not. I'd like to think so otherwise I wouldn't be buying them and I think personally I feel it's more of a mental strength it gives me. I'm sure it is effective though and also compliments some fruit or snacks just before a workout to satisfy your hunger. Overall, great product for people on the go!Goes Well With:Recovery Plus Elite Gels (post workout)

Protein gel
5Very good product to just throw in your gym bag and use after a workout. I have tried both flavours both are excellent my only complaint is that their needs to be a perforated edge for easy opening
