Had better, had worse
3Low caffeine but that might be good in some people's view. Taste and chew like fruit pastilles which is a positive. Felt a benefit during my workout but nowhere near the effects of other pre workouts. I would use again if training late at night I suppose.

Best pre-workout option ever
5These gummies are the best! I always struggle with "liquid" pre-workouts, and these are the best alternative I've found! Super tasty and helpful, I try having one or two (cause I'm small) and they're still effective and so they last longer... I just wish the package was bigger!

Gummies Convenient but less powerful
3I prefer the convenience of the gummies vs shakes, but I felt the energy boost was not as strong for the gummies.

Great Preworkout Alternative!
4Overall a very good option! Low on caffeine for those intolerant to it or training at night but still gives a good boost! The only current flavour is blueberry which isn’t bad but more options would be nice. They look and taste a lot like fruit pastels!

5Excellent product really good idea as sometimes when your ready to work out its easier to pop a gummie in than start mixing powders. Great product great taste. A bit on the dear side for a small bag but I will definitely get them again.

Best Product Yet !!!
5I bought this pouch to try these pre-workout gummies before I buy the bigger tub and wow I can't believe how much I love these. They taste like sweets and are so convenient, I normally have a pre-workout drink but lets face it pre- workout, protein shakes, BCAA and creatine can be a lot of drinks (if you use all that) and pre-workout drinks don't always taste good either. These are so handy for a burst of energy, they are not rocket fuel so if you are used to a rocket fuel pre-workout these may not be for you. I personally hate getting pre-workout shakes/jitters from some of the drinks so these sweets allow me to control my dose and give me the oomph I need without the horrible side affects. LOVE THESE 🥰 - I have a netball tournament day coming up which is just constant running for me, so now I can have a pre-workout gummie in the morning for initial oomph and one mid-tournament for an energy top up. Goes Well With:Everything
