Cheaper than Cocaine
5Tasted like medicine but not enough to make me want to spew. Felt like I sniffed a gram of Cocaine and flew around the gym like the Tasmanian Devil on speed. Lifted/Pushed almost double my usual weight which is obviously a bonus. Sweated more than ever before and almost used an entire pot of concealer to hide my beetroot face. Had heart palpitations for around 2 hours and couldn’t face a coffee for another 2 hours beyond that. 10/10 will continue to purchase, I’ll have the body of The Hulk within the week at this rate. Goes Well With:Didn’t mix, was too busy focusing on my rapid heart rate

Pre workout gel
4Honestly amazing. Give me enough energy for a 2hr+ session, the only ‘negative’ thing I could say is that they are super sour but if u take it quickly it isn’t an issue. I have purchased both flavours and they are both nice, been using them for 2 months and are gonna use them forever :)

Give the Boost
5Really like the pre workout gel in the blue berry flavour. Tatse it really nice and is so convenient first thing in a morning to take to bed and have as soon as I wake at 5am for my morning workout! Can feel the effects around 10 minutes after taking and lasts a good few hours for me. My other half can always tell when Ive had my pre workout cause I'm non stop after a home workout doing all the house work.Goes Well With:I follow with BCAA

awesome vegan friendly pre
5These are superb. Good tingle, awesome caffeine buzz - great to neck just after my AM shake settles, before some HIIT / lifting Tastes good, does the job, would 100% recommend Goes Well With:an intense workout

5I got this because the pre workout i usually get was oos. The gel is well..not great to eat/drink its quite bitter but i found a way to make it drinkable. Mix it with some water and its wayy better more palatable. I got a nice buzz from my gym session i took this 20 min before my workout. Goes Well With:Water
