Foul....
1Firstly, these are much smaller than imagined but, tbh, that was a plus in the end. They are so sweet with a gritty and dry taste, like crystallised honey with added sweetener, then covered with a sweet slime. Just about managed to eat one but the rest will be going in the bin. And this is from someone with a sweet tooth. PS - the ratings say 'optional' to 'mixability' and 'effectiveness' but my review couldn't be submitted without them being rated....Goes Well With:The bin.

Unreal snack
5Absolutely delish snack especially for in between meals with a cup of tea. Felt like such a treat and wouldn’t know the protein was packed into it. Sooo goodGoes Well With:A nice cup of tea

Perfect little snack
4Not very filling as they are small but it’s the perfect little treat for when you crave something sweet, I had the salted caramel flavour really tasty and nice with caramel centre.

Sweet little snack
4Pros: convenient to hit your protein goal on the go without taking a hit on calories. Beat that sweet craving without feeling guilty and mixes well with Greek yogurt as a cheeky dessert. Can’t taste the protein 😉 Cons: this is a very sweet product and this comes from someone who has a very sweet tooth.

2Guys this is not very good. You need to make it fluffier more cake like...like a cadburys mini roll then you will sell millions!

Pop roll review
5I use these pre workout when on my way to the gym. Love these as a little tasty snack, bit of protein without being too heavy on the calories!
