5Good flavour, good price compared to if you were to buy a protein bar from the shops.

White Chocolate and Almond Cookies
1Of course I knew that the product wasn't going to taste like a normal freshly baked cookie but this was literally the worst protein cookie's I've ever tasted. I have only tried the White Chocolate and Almond flavour so the other flavours may taste good but I wouldn't recommend this flavour. It tastes nothing like white chocolate or almonds.

5These protein cookies are a great value and tasty snack, which are well worth keeping handy when you're peckish, to avoid you going for the biscuit barrel. The flavour (mint choc chip) is delicious and they can be an effective and convenient part of your daily protein intake. Goes Well With:Protein shakes, Hurricane XS

Great on-the-go snack
5It is fashionable among protein bar producers to use high-fibre syrups (such as Isomaltooligosaccharide) to bind elements together. For someone who eats plenty of complex carbs, it leads to a very high fibre intake which can be... uncomfortable. These cookies use gelatine, which means less fibre, more protein and a softer texture. The protein to carbs ratio (37g:19g) is excellent: there's almost twice as much! The main ingredient is Milk, a slow digesting protein, which makes it an ideal meal replacement. On the minus side, it does include some soy protein (the science is still divided about whether it increases estrogen). As for the flavours: Double Chocolate Chip: I usually find chocolate is overrated, but bought a sample of this just in case it lived up to the hype. Pretty banal, so only buy if you're a chocolate stalwart. 3/5 Mint Chocolate: This one surprised me, because I'm not usually partial to this combo. But it combines the blandness of double choc chip with a proper mint flavour. 4/5 Chocolate Orange: Just like the mint choc flavour, it's a choc cookie with added tang. It doesn't quite measure up to a Terry's, but tasty. 3.5/5 White Chocolate Almond: A slam-dunk. Sweet and marzipan-y, this is probably the best protein cookie I've tasted anywhere. 5/5 Goes Well With:A busy lifestyle.

2Not the best of tasting products, the bars are much better tasting. However had give some stars for protein content alone. I've tried the Choc Mint and the Choc Orange, will be buying protein bars in the future, much more enjoyable.

Better than I was expecting
5Bought all 4 flavours during the sale and I have to say ... these are delicious. The white chocolate and almond flavour has a slightly strange taste so I would recommend you buy a sample of that flavour but choc mint, orange and double choc were excellent.
