New bars are great - old not so :(
3Tried the chocolate orange and peanut and maple bars (new packaging) in the sample vegan box and thought they were both great!!! So I ordered a box of the peanut and maple bars, arrived in the old packaging and was gutted that they didn’t taste the same :( :( really dry compared to the previous bar and didn’t taste of maple as much as the first one did

a bit of a cheat aftertaste
3although I generally agree that the bar tastes good, I must admit that the kcal-protein-ratio doesn't enthuse me much. also, what bummed out was that my 18-pieces pack (of the vanilla nut choc variety), having arrived today (07-Aug-2019) had a 'best before July (07) 2019'...I don't think I would have gone for such a large amount of bars, if I'd known that before purchase.Goes Well With:coffee/tea

Can be improved
3The orange flavoured bars are not bad. Might be useful for a quick snack on the go. However, they are nowhere near the enjoyable vegan carb crusher bars, which are delicious and have much more protein content. I would spend little bit more to get the carb crusher bars instead of these!Goes Well With:Cup of coffee

5Delicious little bars. Macros are okay and quite easy to fit into most plans. I have the cashew chocolate vanilla one every day to boost my protein content for my mid-morning snack. Really great taste- not too sweet. Quite a cakey/brownie like texture. Delicious.

PALM OIL
1I thought these looked great until i saw Palm oil in the ingredients....very disappointing as Palm oil destructs the rainforests and habitats of wildlife

Tl;dr - pretty minging
3Taste is pretty horrible, chalky, dry texture to go with it. There are better alternatives, go with the vegan cookies instead.Goes Well With:gallons of milk to wash the taste and dry chalky residue away.

Convenient and tasty
5Not dry or rock solid like a lot of other protein bars. Good taste, good macros. Bargain.

Decent but I strongly prefer the carb crusher
3These have a lot going for them, nutrition wise, as compared to other vegan protein options. But, I strongly prefer My Protein's carb crusher to these bars in terms of texture, taste, and moistness. These bars are on the dry and crumbly side. They're very dense and have a dense mouth feel. The carb crusher is lighter, crispier, has a variety of textures, and tastes more like a candy bar. Plus it has less net carbs which I prefer. I don't mind these but I won't be re-ordering. I will definitely be re-ordering the carb crusher.
