Alpha preworkout
5I thought it was very effective and kicks in very quick. Good flavour that’s isn’t too strong like others.Goes Well With:I preferred dry scooping but is good with water.

Exceeded my expectations
5I personally thought I’m immune to caffeine at this point since pre workouts and 5 cups of black coffee didn’t always do the trick. But this one helped me hit PRs recently with only 2 scoops without getting the tingly feeling and itchiness. Goes Well With:Water

Reviewing alpha pre-workout blue raspberry
3In my opinion it tasted terrible just tasted like pure chemicals, however my mate tried it and loved it so it is just my opinion. Worked very well and gave me a real good buzz, helping me hit my prs and going for longer.Goes Well With:Water

Really nice taste
4Very tasty, however it foamed a lot with the recommend amount of water and scoops. Haven’t noticed too much of a effect with the pre however only tried with one workout maybe just a bad day at gym.

A vibe
5I have sour apple and blue raspberry of this pre workout, blue raspberry tastes insane! It's a great pre workout and when I say great I mean you genuinely believe you become invincible. Valentines night me and my partner decided to go to the gym at 11.30pm.. pre workout taken.. great gym session he was shedding more calories than a husky does fur.. BUT it is now 8.07am sat here staring at the corner as our landlord is coming round for an inspection at 10, no sleep in sight, just have to thug this through. Great pre workout for real though 10/10.Goes Well With:Common sense

5The taste is okay but it’s kinda what you expect with a pre but the effects of it is crazy have loads more energy more focused and gives you a better session overall definitely worth buying for sure. Goes Well With:Water
