Super tasty sour apple flavour
4Best flavour i've found from Myprotein products, sour apple is 10/10. I've just been taking 1 scoop to start and it does give me an intial boost but it does wear off, might try the double scoop. No tingly-ness or itchiness for me! Would definitely recommend this product to newbies, this is the firs pre-workout i've tried and I wouldnt shop elsewhere.

Basically Rocket Fuel
5This is very strong preworkout, if you are sensitive to caffeine I would not recommend. Initially started with the recommended 2 scoops and BOY does it give you a kick, as 300mg of caffeine would (same as 2x Monster/Rockstar/Red Bull 500ml) with a great pump too. I have brought it down to 1 scoop, because while the workout would be good, my anxiety would go crazy, heart rate crazy and would give me shakes for a fair bit of the day. They have a new non stim version of this, so I may try 1 scoop of each which I think would be a perfect balance of pump/stim, with an additional stim scoop for a PR day maybe (but not when working after!) Taste is meh, and it doesn't seem to mix very well, a couple of my tubs have also clumped up, but it works very well.Goes Well With:Water/Juice

5We have tried many pre-workouts and this is the best one. Good value as well. Goes Well With:Unflavoured creatine

Really effective
5Really enjoy the taste. Mixes well enough. I tend to take half the dose and it does the job. If its one of those mornings when you can struggle to get out of bed I take the full dose. I only workout in the morning so haven't had any issues when it comes to getting a sleep after taking.

Yikes - one scoop is ENOUGH
4This is rocket fuel. Seriously, one scoop is enough. I took 2 the first time and it was WAY too much. It's effective stuff. Only took a star off as I reckon the two scoop rec is nuts.

DIFFERENT
4Similar ingredients to alpha pre however does not feel the same i use to take about 3 scoops of alpha and have been taking 1 of this Very Good Pre the taste is acctually good with the recommended water in ml but i have about 10 ml of water so it doesn’t taste amazingGoes Well With:WATER obviously

Awful
1Absolutely awful. It tastes vile, about 5 minutes after drinking it in straight to the toilet and then I’m stuck there and it’s made my boyfriend throw up. It’s super itchy and the energy it gives you dosent even last as long as others, about an hour after the end up just crashing. Goes Well With:Nothing.

Decent Pre-Workout
5I’ve found this pre-workout to be incredibly effective in giving me that extra boost needed for performance. I usually feel the effects from 10-15 mins rather than taking 30 mins before workout.

Not as good as the Alpha pre
3It's ok. Does what it says on the tin. However, the Alpha pre workout was much more engaging. I felt like I worked hard. The Origins workout seems a little different. I burn out quicker and do not get the same kick. Sorry!
