5Love these hemp seeds. I add them to porridge, over night oats, on top of avocado toast and even on top of soups to add a little bit of extra nutrients.Goes Well With:Oats, smoothies and especially avocados.

5This was a substitute for my morning shakes and I found it to be surprisingly good, it’s mildly nutty and a soft nut consistency so no crunching, it’s now an addition to my morning shakes along with whey protein and chai seeds!Goes Well With:Whey protein and chai seeds

5This is the nicest hemp I have ever had. It not only tastes delicious but has a soft texture unlike the 'Sawdust!' You nearly always get....a bit disheartening when you trying to get healthy!!!Goes Well With:As mentioned above the soft texture goes great sprinkled on salads, fruit, I mix in with pancake mix....soups ...stews ...coating chicken ...fish...incredibly versatile.

Great price
5Great price for what you get, compared to competitors. Would recommend to really boost your fibre intake, they work well on oats, granola, smoothies. I was a bit hesistant about getting these as i had tried others and they where hard and felt very seed like. These are lvoely, softer in form and dont have a horrible after taste. Infact when i add it to smoothie bowls i liek the varrying texture they add.Goes Well With:smoothies
