Necessity for a Vegan chic
5I buy chia seeds regularly as being vegan use them to substitute eggs in baking recipes as well as to add in omega 3 to diet. Whether or not you make your own granola, you can always add a sprinkle on top of any cereal or salad. Also a fantastic price and an extra bonus , they are organic. Won’t buy from anywhere elseGoes Well With:Best Sprinkled in my homemade granola, or in overnight oats. A teaspoon in a smoothie and my vegan brownie recipe.

5Years of struggling with gut problems and IBS solved out. Soaked overnight in lactose free milk or any alternative or kefir or even orange juice, I take a few spoon full every morning.
