This is a must for you to stay in peak condition
5This is a higher dosage of Omega 3 and is excellent daily. I generally don't have fish, chia seeds or avocado's daily so I consume this easy supplement helping to give me the daily recommended amount to stay healthy. From taking this higher dosage, I see massive difference with my energy in the mornings, I rarely get ill and I feeling good within myself. If you feel good, you look good and so the cycle repeats and I am really happy with this product!Goes Well With:Food
