3-6-9
5Brought the omega 3-6-9 soft gels after a recommendation of a friend. I’ve always cod liver oil whilst training but found myself having to constantly up my dose to help with aching joints, however since switching to the omega 3-6-9 softgels I’ve not once thought I need to take more. I personally take these omega 3-6-9 soft gels along side the my protein alphman tablets and vitamin d3 tablets. Fine with or without consumption of food

.... because fish is vile
5I take one of these every morning, handy if you don't get many omegas in through your diet, I had fish which is one of the best sources so I supplement my diet with these :) Goes Well With:breakfast.... lots of water

5Omega 3 6 9 is a great daily supplement I also add glucosamine condroitin for joint care. Easy to take no nasty tastes quality supplements Goes Well With:Glucosamine condroitin
