Surprising
5To say I was surprised at this bar I purchased as a sample is an understatement, l thought it would be bland and hard to chew. It was actually great tasting with a fulfilling composition, I will definitely be purchasing a batch upon my next order. I can't judge effectiveness as I only tried a sample, although I expect similar results as with most myprotein products.

5Excellent protein bar, impressed by the much lower sugar content than others on the market! usually rammed with sugar but much lower in the My Protein version !

5Very good bars, usually very hard to eat and like concrete, my protein have the right idea, it was actually enjoyable

5I'm using these mainly for the carb content as fuel before running. They are fairly easy to eat although they are very heavy so fill you up well! I've had all 3 flavours and they're equally as delightful :) Good sustainable energy, ideal for the more athletic person.

5I got a tester of Oats & Whey, it tastes great. As for the effects it has, I couldn't judge as I only had one. It still has a great taste and I would eat them as snacks.
