5Seem to give me an energy boost - I take 3 tablets 45mins before working out. I get so much more done! For women I'd recommend increasing your dose from low - 1 might be enough for you.

Very good product, wouldn't have expected it.
5Given the short list of ingredients I was skeptical that this would have much of an effect compared to the likes of BSN NoXplode and some of the other reviews. The first plus for this is that it is caffeine free which is great if you have low tolerance to caffeine. The results in a nutshell...very impressive for something that is low dosed. The ester on the arginine I think really helps with absorb and make it effective. It has improved my energy, I last much longer on heavy sets. I did 10x10 on dead lifts something which I haven't done before and have been training for over 1.5 years solid. I was at a stage where I often didn't get DOM's the next day, not with this, the next day I can feel the muscle has been trained and the pumps defiantly exist, although they seem that pronounced. I dint care about the pump as much as I do kn owning there is growth. Dosage wise you can be quite flexible, its states 3 pills but even upto 5 doesn't have bad sides. Niacin should be the only item of concern in this blend the rest are amino acids which you body can handled. Also I find this doesn't effect your mood much, you don't feel 'energetic' or euphoric as some preworkouts claim to be, you just have energy, no highs no lows. No issues with sleep either, I workout at 7:30pm and get a perfect sleep after 9pm when I get back. No need for Mg/Zn before bed, although they wouldn't hurt in my option. Overall does the job, boosts endurance especially when lifting weights and really takes your workout to the next level. best thing is there isn't really any special ingredients, simple yet effective.Goes Well With:Water with the pills.

Massive PUMP!
5I have been using this for the last 6 months whenever i work out. After about 1 month, i stopped using it as I didn't feel any different and I instantly noticed the lack of vascularisation in my arms/shoulders. I started using it again and the vains were back. I cant say ive noticed a difference in the way i feel, but it really does increase definition and vascularity and this ofcourse makes you feel great and leads to people complimenting you on the way you look a lot when in the gym, sadly the 'pump' doesnt remain too long, but its incredible while it lasts and i wont train without it these days. A must for any serious trainers arsenal. However, i would imagine this works best with a very low BF %, i am 11-12% and it works great. Goes Well With:Anything, i take it with my pre workout

4This product is fantastic in that it works to make me more vascular during workout.. However none if the ingredients seems to help me with my prolonged workouts (however neither am I affected by caffeine) overall this is a very good product and I'm sure its effective for many others.. Great product from MyP

3At the start of taking this there was slightly noticeable effects but i been taking them now for while and it seems the effects fade away after sort of period of time. Definitely not the best pump product i have tried from myprotein there is definitely more effective ones on this site. At this stage there is slight pump but nothing major , atleast this is the way my body reacts to it some people might get different effects but for me this product isn't the greatest as expected.Goes Well With:creatine , bcaa

5These pills make a noticeable difference to vascularity and give a very good pump, I wouldn't want to train without them. Goes Well With:Pre workout

3Haven't really felt a massive pump as a few reviews have said they provide but I feel slightly more explosive and have improved my strength quite quickly over the past 3-4 weeks All together decent product but not as great a pump as I would have hoped Goes Well With:Water

Can't go without!
5These to me have been one of the best supplements I've ever had! Veins pop, muscles fill with blood and get an amazing pump! I took 3 before workout and myself I couldn't feel a difference so I take six before a workout take four 40 mins before and take 2 just before leaving to get to the gym and they last me right through the workout! Feel bigger everytime I go loving these!! If ur thinking of getting them just get them! You'll love it Goes Well With:Anything

5I was recommended these by a friend, gave them a read up and decided to give them a try.. Did exactly what it said on the tin.. 3 half hour before training, although I now think taking them an hour works better for me. Trust me when I say they do exactly what they're meant to!! The pump off them are crazy!! They work a lot better if your more into high reps, not really as effective on lower reps and higher weights.. Easy to take as they're pretty much the same size as any other capsule i.e paracetamol or anything like that.. Obviously don't taste of anything either so can be taken with anything. Highly recommended !! Goes Well With:Anything
