5This is a very good shaker for my protein powders, the metal spring inside breaks down the clumps that might appear in seconds. I’m very happy with this purchase.Goes Well With:Goes well with any form of protein powder, i’ve been using the salted caramel whey isolate for over a month with this shaker.
