100% worth it
5I mix it with beta aniline and vitamin b12 as a pre workout. The combination reduces fatigue and i don’t feel as tired after completing my sets and it gives a really nice feeling pump too

5The product itself was everything that was promised. The delivery was on time and the product was not damaged or unwrapped in any way. I personally prefer the vegan formula and the product itself doesn’t taste of anything which makes it easy to consume. I myself proceeded to take the “loading” approach at the start where I took 20g a day for 7 days and then continued with a maintenance dosage. The only thing I would recommend is to hydrate adequately to see best results. Would highly recommend this product. Goes Well With:Water.

5Since I started taking 5g per day, my recovery time and strength has seen a massive improvement. It means I can train harder and get results faster. Unflavoured means I can add it to a protein shake I already drink, so convenient.Goes Well With:Protein shake
