Amazing recipes
5Massively helped me with ideas to improve my diet with a wide range and variety. Helped me meet my protein targets whilst enjoying my food. It doesn’t need to be plain boring foods and this book illustrates this. Highly recommend

Simply the best
5I’ve been using my protein for about four years now, I’ve tried other brands but they are just not as good in my opinion, it’s only the taste of my protein but the mix-ability and the fantastic value for money. Goes Well With:I use mine as a shake in the morning and in Greek yogurt with blueberries at night but in all fairness it goes well with most things.

Not so effective Pre workout
3First time purchased Eddie hall pre workout. I used to take coffee or C4 normally as pre workout but for a change i thought of using this. To my surprise this product is so ineffective that i hardly felt anything after taking it or there is any impact on intesity of the exercise.

4Got this free to download with my order, the recipices are super easy to follow also I love the fact that each recipice has an alternative depending on your goals! Not seen that before
