Delicious and effective.
5Been using for 7 weeks or so for 1 meal a day, 3 workouts a week and have lost 13lbs. It’s really good for any meal, but particularly when finishing work late. I’ve been using the vanilla replacement with one scoop of the impact whey to mix up the flavours. The vanilla really goes with anything!! Very pleased. Goes Well With:Impact whey strawberry cream. Just like angel delight!

5My first time using this shake, highly recommned. Tastes great, mixes well with no lumps. I mix 200ml of water with 100ml of milk. Keeps me full, as i have it to replace my packed-lunch and it helps me to stop snacking inbetween meal times. Just try it!!

Great taste
3I bought this about 2 weeks ago thinking that it will be horrible. I go to gym 3 days a week and have been struggling to lose weight even thought I eat well. So thought I should give this ago. I was expecting it to be horrible but it really isn’t! I haven’t noticed any changes in my body yet. Ive been taking it in the mornings. But may start lunch and breakfast. But it’s only been 2 weeks. But defo recommend on taste. Goes Well With:Water

Great product!
5I bought the Vanilla flavour of this product and it is super tasty! I was worried it would be too sweet or sickly but it isn't at all. It's great for when I'm at work and mixes so easily with a basic shaker. It keeps my feeling full right into the evening too so less tempted to snack. Would definitely recommend! Looking forward to trying the other flavours next. Goes Well With:Preferred milk

Lovely flavour and doesn't overfill you
5I love the strawberry shortcake flavour, it is sweet but not too overpowering! I use this in a smaller MP shaker, this doesn't always mix super well so you have to put an extra bit of oomph into your shake (not to be done after arm day!) But once you get past mixing it properly, it is a medium thickness shake drink that isn't hard to drink at all. It's tasty and gives you a satisfying feeling - it doesn't make you feel too full which is ideal and when I have been a bit naughty and used as a breakfast replacement on busy days it hasn't resulted in any slumps or feeling rubbish. You can mix it with milk or water, but I've always mixed this with water as it genuinely does taste that good! I want to try the Vanilla next! Goes Well With:Water & Active Women Mini Blender Bottle

Tastes so nice
4I have tried so many different protein powders before and hated them all but this tastes delicious! It literally tastes like a strawberry McDonald’s milkshake. I workout in the morning so I mix one scoop of this with 200ml coconut milk & 100ml of water and leave it in the fridge so when I come back from the gym it’s nice & cold. It genuinely is like a treat for me and keeps me full for the morning. The only thing I find is it takes ages to shake the lumps out! Would definitely recommend it Goes Well With:Coconut milk & water
