Ok but VLCD better
3So I bought this instead of the VLCD meal replacement (just because it's cheaper) I wished I'd have paid more for the VLCD!! This one for some reason smells like fish?! It doesn't taste that bad but the smell puts me off. Still keeps me full so it does the job just cannot understand why it smells so bad?! I bought the vanilla flavour so not sure if others flavours differ in smell

1I can't drink this, it's disgusting! The powder has a funny smell (like fish?) and although it mixes well it is so gross. I can't believe all the good reviews, I've got my friend and husband to try it and they both agree!Goes Well With:The bin

Amazing!!
5I've tried so many shakes and they taste horrendous but this is amazing! Taste just like a milkshake but guilt free! Mixes so well, i have it with water and its still delicious!! I use it for breakfast because im forever skipping and end up snacking all day but this fills me up for ages!! Would highly recommend!Goes Well With:Water Coconut milk

Convenient breakfast
5I use this every morning as my breakfast amd I am full until lunchtime. The choclate truffle flavor is my favourite although the strawberry one is also okay. I mix it up in a blender with water. Have occasionally tried with milk for a treat and this makes for an incredibly filling shake. Has really helped me to lose weight.

Not as good as True Diet
2I got this as a sample in Vanilla flavour as I used to use True Diet and I'm glad I didn't purchase a full bag. Really sickly sweet not as nice as what I was using and didn't fill me up as True Diet did, finding I'm hungry by mid morning. Bring back True Diet!!Goes Well With:Coconut Water

replaced true diet
4I have just tried the sample of strawberry, this tastes like it has less sweeteners in you dont get that horrible after taste it does taste nice and like a milkshake and thats just with water. True diet worked for me as meal replacements of breakfast and lunch as a kick start then i will not just have them as breakfast and after workouts. But i agree i will only purchase this when on offer.Goes Well With:water & CLA tablets

Superb
5I have been using these shakes for 6 weeks now for breakfast and lunch and having a balanced meal for dinner. Each week I have lost approx 3lbs. They taste delicious and mix well. I would definitely recommend :)

Could be better
3I switched to this after the True Diet appeared to be discontinued, the taste is ok but doesn't fill me up like the True Diet would and I find by eleven I am hungry. Though I will buy again, it will only be when it is in a sale.
