Gives me energy at the fym
5I take this for PCOS and have noticed a reduction in belly fat and notice a huge increase of energy when taken 30 mins before a workout

5I was advised to take these with CoQ10 to help with ME and have found my stamina has increased with them, although I still have to pace myself and not do too much because the relapse is killer. I am definitely much more able to enjoy a night out or a meal with friends and family and get a bit more done than I would without them before having to stop. These capsules are really easy to swallow and don't leave any aftertaste so I always stock up on them.

Helped my PCOS
5Bought this as heard was really good for PCOS which I’ve suffered with for year and irregular periods. So decided to just try it out as was on offer for a great price. Was taking them for about a week and lo and behold my period came. Was so shocked how quickly this worked and can already see so many benefits I myself from taking them. The delivery was so quick too! And since purchasing these have bought more supplements! 10/10 would recommend.
