Lemon meringue protein bars
5Great for those sweet cravings, snacks and pre and post exercise. Good size and nutrition to be filling and satisfying but not too much. The six layers all do a job and the mix of smoothness, gooeyness and crunch means it matches up to the best confectionary bars. I really love the lemon taste with a balance between tartness and sweetness but I would still recommend it to people with a sweet tooth. So many protein bars are chocolate, white chocolate or caramel based in flavour so this makes a great change. I’m on a chocolate-free lent at the moment but I’m looking forward to trying the other flavours soon. I can’t recommend this highly enough for fans of protein bars.Goes Well With:Snacks and desserts after any meal.

Disappointing
3A bit disappointed with this one... choco sunday looks great but weirdly tastes of nothing... I love my protein bars but I’d give this one a miss (at least this flavour) as in my opinion it doesn’t taste of anything. Hope this helped :) Goes Well With:Tea or coffee :)

Cake night for keto-ers
5Thursday night in our house is cake night - everyone has a piece of cake as an appetiser, not dessert. When I'm on the keto diet, I can't really take part, until now! I recently had my first Birthday Cake bar and ran around in joy. The taste is sweet and reminds me of a 'Fab' ice lolly, the texture is chewy, crunchy, very satisfying, it looks wonderfully pink and delicious. I'm hyper sensitive to the awful taste of any fake sweetener, including sucralose and stevia, and I was expecting the worst. But these were absolutely fine. I cut my bar into 16 tiny pieces and enjoyed every single one. I'm looking forward to trying the other flavours. Roll on next Thursday! Goes Well With:Champagne

Cake night is back
5Thursday night is cake night in our house - every one has a piece of cake/pudding before supper. Up to now, it's been impossible for me to take part when I'm in a keto diet cycle. I had a 6-layer Birthday Cake bar for the first time yesterday and ran around in joy. Aside from looking good (I sliced mine into 16 pieces to make it last longer), the texture is chewy and satisfying - l like having a 'Fab' ice lolly in a bar. The best thing is the sweetener. I cannot abide 'Stevia', sucralose, or any other sweetener. I can taste even a very small amount and hate it. I was expecting the worst with these bars, but I honestly can't taste the sweetener. They are sweet and pleasant. I can't wait to try the other flavours. Would appreciate being able to buy a box of mixed bars. Thank you, MyProtein.Goes Well With:Champagne

Are you sure this is a protein bar?
5Skeptical at first, but bit the bullet and ordered them based on other reviews saying they’re really good etc. These bars are sersiously the best protein bars I’ve ever had. I wasn’t even sure if i was actually eating a birthday cake or a protein bar. Tastes amazing, texture is amazingly smooth, the whole bar is a winner in itself.

Not quite Grenade
4Nothing wrong with these, they’re actually delicious. I’ve tried to Lemon and it is easily up there with the best protein bars. It could do with being a tad sweeter. Doesn’t quite hit that sweet spot. Before the new Grenade bars came out I wouldn’t have been able to choose. But the new Grenades are nicer and they’re actually a lot cheaper. These bars aren’t worth the extra charge. Maybe if they go down I’ll buy them again, but for now, it’s Grenade all the way. Goes Well With:Snack

5Wow MyProtein these are deliciousssss I have the chocolate sundae one it’s so nice and soft defo reccomend. I microwaved it and it tastes like dessert! Worth a try Goes Well With:Cup of tea

The best tasting protein bar EVER
5I ordered the birthday cake flavoured bars and could not believe I was eating an actual protein bar as I had my first mouthful..! Literally tastes like delicious cake!! My boyfriend tried it as well and had to check the nutritional info to believe how little trans. fat/sugar it includes. 5 +Goes Well With:Desert/snack/after workout
