5I thought i'd give this Pro 97 protein a try, normally protein blends over 90% make me bloated, and give me gas. But this Pro 97 is different, no bloat no gas, the chocolate flavour is good, mixes well tastes pretty good too. overall i'm quite impressed!

5This is by far the best whey protein I have had for a while. It has a great taste as well as having absolutely no lactose in, which is ideal for my lactose intolerance. Goes Well With:Creatine Monohydrate

Great for Cutting.
4I got this pretty cheap with 25% Discount. Although at the moment they only have 1kg as an option so I had to buy four, I hope they give a 5kg option in the future. I wouldn't have bought it without the Discount though as it would be too expensive for me. I got the unflavored version, and it really taste plain. The normal Impact Whey (unflavored) had better taste than this one but I'm not surprised as this barely have any carbs or fat in it, which means this is absolutely best for cutting. Protein Shaker is a must for this one, as mixability isn't that good. TLDR: Recommended if: 1. Budget is not an issue. 2. You're cuting.Goes Well With:You're probably cutting if you're getting this, so have it with water!

Handy All-Day Protein
4I play rugby so at the moment I'm trying to ensure I recover from each game and continue to build strength/performance in the gym during the week. I use this protein throughout the day by adding it to the 2 litres of water I drink while I'm at work (between 8:30 and 17:00). The high protein content is ideal for this as it only takes a couple of heaped teaspoons to keep a constant stream of protein intake into the body, instead of multiple protein shakes at intervals during the day. I still have an all-in-one shake after the gym, but I've found unflavoured IsoPro 97 helps keep the recovery process going even while I'm stationary sitting at a desk all day. It makes very little difference to the taste/texture of squash and the absence of carbs and negligible fat means it's one less thing to count when recording a food diary or sticking to a strict/comprehensive nutritional plan. This can be added to your standard all-in-one such as True Whey to boost the protein content after the gym or just taken as described above in fluids consumed throughout the day. Personally I have IsoPro with creatine monohydrate in my 2 litres of sugar-free squash per day to ensure I'm having at least 2 litres of water, and a base amount of creatine and protein, to maintain muscle creatine levels and to ensure I have a constant stream of protein for recovery and growth.Goes Well With:Daily fluids or added to a shake to boost protein content.

Great Whey
5The whey mixes very well and tastes good,the chocolate flavor is fairly weak which I like because after training I dont want a strong sugar taste.I was using this for only a week when I noticed my recovery was better.

Flawless protein.
5I chose this protein as I am highly lactose intolerant but still need added protein in my diet Because of the high quality of the whey and the added lactose I have been able to digest it without any problems! This is a huge deal for me and I will continue to use this product. Mixes easily. Tastes great and huge amount of protein per 100g. Have nothing but good things to say about this product. If you are lactose intolerant and or after a high quality protein then this would be great for you. Woody.
