Works.. But always brings on nausea.
4After reading the dark circle review and struggling with sleep I decided to give this a go. I found this was much better value compared to other brands and was a fan of the meal replacements also. In short slept better, dark CIRCLES improved but the consistent nausea does put me off some days. It passes after 5 mins and helps if you drink a lot of water and start eating when taking it.

Small pills, large pot
4I can't really assess how effective the vitamins are, I don't think anyone can without vigorous testing. The pills are small but the packaging, the plastic tub and the cardboard box they were posted in are very large - unnecessary waste of materials and not friendly to the environment.

Easy to swallow tablets
5Nice small and easy to swallow tablets. So small in fact that I had to count them to reassure myself that there were in fact 90 in the bottle! Some reviews have mentioned that these have an unpleasant taste but if you pop one in your mouth and immediately swallow it with water it won't dissolve in your mouth and you won't taste a thing. Anyone complaining about that obviously wasn't training back in the 70s when we got our iron supplements from desiccated liver tablets the size of pound coins and our calcium from equally massive bone meal tablets. Both had to be chewed and were possibly the most disgusting things you are ever likely to have in your mouth. Gross. Who says modern things aren't better?!Goes Well With:A cup of water

4The tablets are good but Im not sure why they come in such a large bottle, seems a complete waste of plastic.

Revolting taste
2These are tiny pills but they start to dissolve as soon as you put them in your mouth and will obviously leave the taste of blood in your mouth. I now put water in first and then the pill but it still starts to dissolve before I swallow. I now gag every time. I wish they were coated. Wouldn’t buy again.

5Bought as I was getting postural hypotension when standing up too fast, this solved it really quickly, would definitely recommend

My protein
5I was becoming poorly every single months,some months twice and it's been becoming bad because I literally catched everything and I was always wondering if I am not missing iron. My GP never cares to do blood test or anything when I actually even ask for it. So I ordered the iron and folid acid vitamins. I have been eating them for two months now and I can't be more happy . I've put weight on,I feel much better and healthy. I would recommend these vitamins to everyone who are missing iron. Goes Well With:cup of water
