Home made Protein Bars
5I bought the unflavoured impact whey powder for making my own protein bars. Simply mix with almond milk, some vanilla essence/extract, add ground oats and peanut butter, broken nuts and dark, dark chocolate chunks, honey to taste, can add some dried fruit like raisins. Put the mixture in the fridge and allow to set, cut into bars. I am making good gains increasing muscle and losing fat. It is hard work but I notice this makes recovery easier. I also use this in a milk shake--blend milk and banana, or add cocoa powder for chocolate flavour. I prefer to flavour myself so that I know what I am consuming and I know I'm going to like the taste. Goes Well With:milk, banana, strawberries, blueberries, almond milk, peanut butter, oats, dried fruit, yoghurt, cottage cheese, vanilla extract/essence

Worth it
5This product is good because now that I have been drinking it I feel better the next day after my workouts. Definitely going to buy another one. The natural banana flavour is nice with milkGoes Well With:Better with Milk Good with Water

Different stuff
2Totally different from usual consistency. Once opened it puffs up into a big cloud. Really light and not the same stuff. So don't know if it's effective or not.

Terrible Mixability
2Bad batch? I got a great price, so I guess so... would like to think MP would tell us it's second rate, rather than just sell it off cheap. Been lifting for 15 years, and I've never seen this before. Feels strange in bag when you give it a squeeze - like it's all sticking together. 'Mix' 25g with 350ml water, and your shaker will be full to the brim with froth like a cappuccino - at least 50% foam. Doesn't die down either, so you gotta drink it like that, then feel bloated for an hour, especially if you've got other, more expensive supps floating around on top. Disappointed. Avoid.

Great Flavour
5I'm pretty new to protein powder however was not expecting it to taste this good. It gives my morning veg shakes a nice zap of vanilla.Goes Well With:celery, spinach, water, avocado, apple chickpeas.

Definitely Recomended
5I have been buying the whey protein since January to gain weight and mostly muscle.I take one before and after the gym and I can definitely notice a difference and also my body feels bigger which is very important.I take it creatine and water before the gym and then milk after to gain the extra fat and calories.My favourite flavour is cookies and cream if anyone wants to know a nice flavour. Goes Well With:Water and/milk

Good product
5Good product that does what it says on the tin. Best price around for quality no fuss whey proetin. Would reccomend buying a srew lid tub as well as the bags the protein comes in can be annoying and fiddly to seal closed Goes Well With:Anything

2Super sweet, super sickly. Doesn't mix particularly well. Do not recommend.Goes Well With:A bin. Try heavily diluting it... still doesn't taste good, mind
