I got given 8 packs of these for free with my order. So Thank you myprotein. Flavour is nice tastes like banana but not as tasty as strawberries and cream or smooth chocolate flavour. Mixed well in semi skimmed milk. Great post workout shake to make all kinds of gains!
Goes Well With:
Water or semi skimmed milk.
