fantastic a must buy
5This product is superb , after just one week after use I'm seeing huge gains in recovery , after hitting the weights , mixes really well and tastes great , I'm not one for writing reviews but this was worth the time , try it you want be sorry .Goes Well With:BCAA

Helps immensely with post workout fatigue
5Doing high intensity interval training and have found this has helped hugely with my recovery. Didn't take it for first few days I started this training and felt the difference after! Mixed with a banana,it is very palatable unlike other proteins I've tried where they are gritty. Smooth chocolate is good and I have happy muscles! Highly recommend. Goes Well With:Milk or water

Pineapple Flavour
5Pineapple flavour is the worst, it makes me physically ill; I've always bought my whey here and it's been great so far but I feel the need to write this review to warn against the pineapple flavour. People have different tastes but after buying the pineapple flavour, I looked through the reviews and noticed some terrible reviews about pineapple flavoured whey. The protein itself is awesome.....

Best isolate on the market
5This (chocolate smooth) is by far the best whey isolate i have tried, and i have tried many. Tastes great, mixes great and produces great results with increased muscle mass Delivery was quick and price is cheap therefore i rate 5 stars..Goes Well With:Whole milk.

5My first experience with protein supplements in any form and I'm so impressed with this product I've already ordered 2 new flavours in the larger size. It works it's as simple as that! Great as a food supplement and post workout shake which is how I use it and I'm seeing better results in my usual training regime over two weeks than I did before using the product. I train 4 times a week, cardio and weights and have 2 shakes per day and I'm losing more body fat and seeing leaner, more toned muscle. I absolutely love it and highly recommend it. Low sugar, low carb and high protein content perfect balance. Goes Well With:Water and mixing with fruit in smoothies in blenders is great!!

Warning! do not have the banana!! horrible chemical Taste.
1Purchased the banana flavour of this and i must say I am not impressed. The taste is horrible! Ive had the whey protein banana flavour in the past and that was fine but this has a horrible chemical taste to it. Especially when juat mixing it with water. I wouldnt recommend this flavour. Unsure of whether all the flavours would be the same Goes Well With:Whole milk, still doesnt taste good though.

Too much protein? No whey!
4It is not the first time I buy this product. Whilst the first time around I was slightly put off by the sweetness of the powder, it is now something I got accustomed to and I wouldn't change it. The sweet taste helps with the sugar cravings i get from time to time and it helps make the shakes more enjoyable.Goes Well With:Unsweetned Almond Milk Coconut Milk Seeds Mixed nuts
