Protein when needed
5I first bought this on the advice of my trainer to help bring my daily protein intake to my desired level. It’s great I have one scoop every morning in my porridge and it mixes in perfectly, being flavourless it has no effect on the taste so personally a handful of blueberries as well, that’s 30 grams of protein to start the day. It’s also perfect in an after workout shake again to feed the muscles etc or on the go during the day I make a shake in the morning 1 or 2 scoops bring it to work to ward off the hunger pangs.Goes Well With:Porridge,shakes

Gorgeous stuff
5Really smooth tasty protein powder. I bought vanilla as it don’t get boring and you can have a coffee in it or use it in cookin Goes Well With:Coffee!

5Great protein. I bought Vanilla flavor and uses this as supplement and when making cookie at home I use vanilla one scoop and it does all the magic. Goes Well With:Milk, water, coconut water !!

Nutty flavour
5I have to say I keep coming back to the chocolate nut flavour, it is so yummy. I have tried a few flavours but this is my favourite. I have after workout plus one mid afternoon. Find this mix the best for high protein, low fat & carbs which is prefect for me as on high protein diet with very low fat & carbs. Quickly mixes no issues with lumpy mix, just a smooth chocolate nutty shake ....yummyGoes Well With:Almond Milk is super for this

Great Taste
5This protein packed drink is absolutely essential after my workout. It tastes really good and is easy to mix with either milk or water. I use a mix of both, so watery milk!

Great for smoothie
5Blend with yoghurt, strawberry, blueberry, apple or with almond milk, cocoa powder, banana to make smoothie. taste great!Goes Well With:fruit and milk

Essential
5Whey Isolate is a fantastic product. It mixes real well with the shaker that leaves no bits in your mouth. Taste wise....Well, in my opinion protein is not really meant to taste good, yes, you have all these wonderful flavours but it`s not a cookie chocolate or vanilla, it`s a protein powder, that`s meant to be bearable, that`s it. I use the unflavoured version, I am interested in results, not taste. As for the effectiveness of this product, well I am on a very low cal diet, the protein serves to replace the garbage I used to consume in between when bored, I now just guzzle a shake with water to fill that gap. It has helped me tremendously to retain muscle, while losing the excess weight and fat. I have noticed it does not add any particular type of extra endurance because that is down to the Individual, but as long as I know the protein is playing its part in the grand scheme of things then I am fine with that. Highly recommended.

Salted caramel doesn't mix well!
4I got this because of the great rating on Labdoor. Previously I've used the chocolate brownie which mixed ok. Salted caramel doesn't mix well, I've tried different milks and water but I think an electric shaker is needed. The flavour isn't very strong so I usually make it with less liquid. For taste and texture I prefer the basic Impact whey protein (apple crumble/custard is a winner!).Goes Well With:Almond milk
