3I’ve got the blue raspberry flavour and it’s a decent taste with approx 200/250mil of water…. I wouldn’t say it’s the ultimate energy drink ..I don’t feel like I’m on top of the world but it somewhat keeps me awake / focused but I feel it doesn’t last very long approx 30/40 min in workout I’m a little drained n not full of energy …maybe I need to try a few different blends / brands etc but overall it’s ok and works for a small period of time. Goes Well With:Water 200/250mil

Doesn’t taste anything like blue raspberry
2When I bough this I thought it would be a good purchase as you get quite a lot and I’ve always heard good things about my protein, but unfortunately it wasn’t the case for this product. The pre workout has a very funny taste and in my opinion doesn’t taste anything like blue raspberry and leaves a horrid taste in your mouth. Very disappointed as I spent the money on it and had one serving.

Pte-workout
4I’m getting on really well with this Pre-work out m. It taste is not to bad and I’m definitely seeing an improvement in my gym work when taking it. Goes Well With:I take the pre-workout with creatine mono hydration, they mix well together. Would advise having something to eat before had and can result in an upset stomach if taken on a empty stomach.

4Good product for price, does exactly what it is meant to do, taste is ok although it does leave a slight after taste but not enough to put you off using it

Slow burning
4When I first mixed this with water it was like a mini bath bomb and lol it was very satisfying watching the white powder turn blue! It is a slow burning realese and definitely isn't as 'buzzy' as some other brands I've hadGoes Well With:Water

Good little buy
4Brought this to help me get motivated have it ten mins before w work out works wonders focused more and definitely gets me motivated no horrible headache off it it's just right when mixed correctly the taste is lush aswell .
